Greenpeace to propose new energy bil

Bangkok-based Greenpeace Southeast Asia will propose a new energy bill in an attempt to completely convert Thailand to clean, renewable energy sources, Nattawika Ewsakul, Greenpeace’s energy and climate change campaigner, said on Thursday.
